Do I need yoga experience?

No. EVOLVE is designed for anyone — yogis and non-yogis alike. The MicroRituals are accessible to all fitness levels and require no prior experience.

How much time does it take daily?

MicroRituals take 1–5 minutes each. Most participants spend 10–15 minutes daily on their practice, plus one 60-minute live group session per week.

Is this virtual or in-person?

EVOLVE is primarily virtual, making it accessible from anywhere. Weekly group sessions are live via video. Optional in-person meetups are offered for Bay Area participants.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

Graduates receive lifetime access to the MicroRitual library, the EVOLVE alumni community, and discounted rates on future programs and 1:1 coaching with Mel.
