Be potently led through a clearing of mind, heart and body with yoga movement, sound healing and guided inquiries to move into the essence of deep self care and nourishment.  Utilizing intention setting, mantra and the healing vibrations of gong, quartz crystal bowls, chimes and native flute.  The vibrations cultivate theta brain waves (the waves of deep healing and creation)  and induce a magic meditation state that will support us manifesting our visions from the inside out.

Learn self-healing techniques with Mel to balance and rejuvenate the mind, boost immune function and bring peace to your heart.  Potent tools of yoga for the subtle body (movement, breath, mantra and meditation), Metta self-love and kindness, Bagua (Chinese Martial Art), Reiki (Hands on Energy Healing), and Theta Healing techniques will be shared.  Each week will have a gentle foundational practice, meditation, inquiry with group process.  Clear home practices will be given for outside integration to heal yourself from the inside out.

Mysticism of Mask and Meditation as a potent tool of self-discovery.  Join Mel for ritual energizing, clearing and intention setting thru yoga, movement and sound healing leading into an exploration of the unconscious thru character, neutral or half mask (as taught from the theatrical lineage).  Compassionate holding, healing and integrating the intuitive wisdom that arises thru a nourishing exploration and closing circle meditation.

 

Be prepared to move, sweat, breath shifting deeply inside with guided inquiries, improvisations, sound healing (vocal and instrumental) while learning the ancient magic art of mask to uncover and reveal the wisdom within.

Wear comfortable clothes to be able to stretch/move, towel for sweat, bring your yoga mat, eye pillow, writing journal and water also recommended.

Appropriate for all levels.

No previous attendance necessary.

Willingness to be vulnerable and courageous a must.
