New Exciting Book Adventure!

Last week I signed on to write my next book with boutique publisher extraordinaire MANGO PUBLISHING. They are kind, thoughtful peoples and I am delighted to get to collaborate with them.


I feel quite blessed to be able to share my love of yoga, mindfulness, breathing, energy work and personal growth all together in my next book. Stay tuned as we are rolling right along and it's due out early 2021.


That is a quick deadline so needless to say I have jumped right into my writing schedule. I thought you might enjoy seeing my daily morning routine (except Sunday when I stay in bed to snuggle and read.):


5:55am WAKE (conscious breathing, body inventory and gratitude meditation)

6:10am GET OUT OF BED

6:15am SCRAPE TONGUE WITH COPPER SCRAPER DRINK 32oz WATER W/ LEMON

ROLL MARMA STICK ON HANDS for 1-2 Minutes

6:20am GENTLE SPINAL & JOINT MOVEMENT

6:30-8:15am WRITE

8:15-9am KIDS BREAKFAST & PREP DAY

CELERY JUICE then yum COFFEE (with Reishi, Chaga, Coconut Oil, raw Cacao)

9am KIDS ONLINE SCHOOL

9:30am ME LIVESTREAM CLASSES
